Jessica McLean opens shop to find a man has been left for dead on the floor of her diner. With very few clues left behind, Jessica becomes the prime suspect. But Amish twin sisters and amateur sleuths, Beth and Anna, wonder if the crime could be related to Jessica’s new relationship with their beloved Matthew Beiler.

It soon becomes clear that things aren’t always as they seem. Will the sisters step in and solve the mystery, bringing justice to Little Valley yet again?

The Little Valley library is shutting its doors due to a terrible combination of anonymous threats and a lack of funding.

The sheriff is stumped in the investigation of who is sending the threats, so amateur sleuths, Anna and Beth, step in to help. But before they can get to the bottom of it, Beth volunteers to organize a fundraising Christmas fair for the library in spite of everything the sisters already have on their plates with the upcoming holiday. Anna is reluctant at first, but soon joins in on the festivities.

Little Valley’s Christmas fair suddenly feels a lot less festive, however, when the library’s well-known assistant is found murdered behind the mystery bookshelves, a new anonymous note found next to her body.
